Positions :  All District, Bihar

Experience : 06 Month – 3 Yrs. Experienced in Direct selling. Sales Manager / Training Manager in Insurance / MR in Pharma / NBFC Sales Manager / MLM Leader.

Salary : INR 250000 – 350000

Qualification : Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, M.B.A/PGDM

DESCRIPTION

Candidates will be preferred from Insurance Sector / Direct Selling / Pharma industry/ Any franchise Manager/ MLM Industry.

Position requires extreme travelling. One by One Visit, Public Meeting and presentation, High Ambitious with Dedication.

Preferred Candidates from direct selling industry / Insurance / Training Manager/ sales Manager or MLM Team Leader 6 month-3 yrs.

An Area Training Manager works Individually / with sales force / with supervisors to identify training requirements and develop

plans for training new and existing members. Additionally, a Training Manager has advanced experience with instructional

methods, team coaching and skill development.

RESPONSIBILITY AS AN AREA MANAGER

✔ Candidates would be responsible for promoting company ethics to Affiliates / distributors / PSPs.
✔ The candidate would be responsible for providing product Training.

✔ Business Plan to our Independent sales team.

✔ Sales Team include Affiliates, franchisee (Product selling Point) and Independent distributors.

✔ To Motivate Prospects and also activate them.

✔ Ready to Extreme Travelling & Target Business Expansion, Managing and Motivating.

✔ Franchise (PSP) Appointment in your District.
