Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.redpool.in. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Redpool India Pvt. Ltd.’s goal is that after purchasing the goods to the Direct Seller, the goods should be delivered on time, without any hassle and obstruction, in a simple, safe and beautiful manner, so that our Direct Seller can feel satisfied. We are very keen to ensure that the purchased goods reach the customer expeditiously. Under this policy, we are also working to communicate information to our customer at various stages like – order placed, order processing, dispatch as well as delivery.
For this work, we have entrusted this important task to the best delivery partner of the country. We have established smooth, seamless and satisfying shipping policy after buying the products.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping charges
- Free Registration Available – No charges for Sign up.Â
- Any order of transaction Shipping Charges are 60/- {courier charge}.
- All subsequent orders – Rs.60/- Courier Charges (All Over India).
- Courier charges will not be refunded.
- We deliver only on business days.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Ordered Delivery Time
- Purchase orders will be delivered within the India:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Local: 2-4 business days from the order date.
- All state: 5-8 working days from the date of order placed.
- Outside of the Delivery Pin code Area: 8-10 business days from the date of order placed.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.Â
Note: Redpool ships to addresses within the India.
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If the Direct seller wish to accept the order delivery, the order is delivered and if the Direct seller wants the order to be cancelled, the refund is made directly to the Distributor’s bank account using the same mode the payment was received and the goods are taken back by the company.
The Direct seller is being informed that if the packaging is damaged or tempered with in any way, then they should reject it at the time of delivery. They should clearly refuse to receive the packet / Consignment. Â Immediately call their respective Redpool Branch office or write an e-mail to help@redpool.in with the order reference number. We ensure our direct seller that we will try our best to deliver your order to you in a speedy and safe manner.
