Candidates ( Continue 2-3 yrs job in any Insurance company) will be preferred and MLM Trainers. An Area Training Manager works Individually / with sales force / with supervisors to identify training requirements and develops plans for training new and existing members. Additionally, a Training Manager has advanced experience with instructional methods, team coaching and skill development.

RESPONSIBILITY AS AN AREA MANAGER
✔ Candidates would be responsible for promoting company ethics to Affiliates / distributors/ PSPs.
✔ To Train and Coach Distributor Network to team building in their Cluster.
✔ The candidate would be responsible for providing product Training and Business Plan to our Independent sales team ✔ Sales Team include Affiliates, franchisee (Product selling Point) and Independent distributors. ✔ To Motivate Prospects and also activate them.
✔ Ready to Extreme Travelling & Target Business Expansion Managing and Motivating their Team.
